System Integration & installation

We can design the AV schematics and technical aspects of your audio visual system. Our team will collaborate with you, consultants, and subcontractors to assess your project’s requirements to create an AV system that meets your needs.

Service and maintenance contracts

Technology is not perfect and we are ready to provide fast service when your equipment needs maintenance or repairs. In most cases for local DC and Northern Virginia clients we can have an AV expert at your location and repair your programming or engineering issues in less than 24 hours. For out of state clients we can have your system repaired within 24 to 48 hours and in some cases the same day.

Our team consists of professional AV consultants, technicians, engineers, and Crestron/AMX/Extron programmers who are experienced in hundreds of service call problems. Most service and repair issues are resolved in a few hours based upon information provided by the customer. We can figure out the source of the service issue by discussing function and control problems with the client over the phone. Then after receiving the Crestron, AMX, or Extron program code we can repair the control system and re-install the new code onsite within 24 hours. We also provide trained AV personal for events and onsite management of AV systems. We can provide technical and managerial personnel to run your A/V facility or install and program your system.
